- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I've been a customer at BBVA for more than 10 years. After Heather left the customer service at this Englewood branch has gone down the drain. The branch manager actually said he did not care if we took our banking elsewhere, so I am. I've had an on going problem with a check that I thought I resolved on Monday. I'm still having the same issue and no one can explain it to me. This is day 11. I've called numerous times & have been unable to resolve the issue. I will never recommend Bbva to anyone. Banking with a bank is not necessary. Use a Credit Union they will give you better interest rates and better customer service for free.By Leanna Curtis, February 17, 2017
